Dude, whoever you are, you've made me and Jade feel so guilty about our lack of progress on this front that we've vowed to dig in and work on the next chapter straightaway. Sorry for the long wait ... it's just that each installment sucks so much out of us that it always takes us awhile to recover until we feel we can tackle it again.
