corianderstem! There's something about The Olive Garden that just feels so homey/comfortable, probably a childhood thing. And their salad rawks.

Spent the whole of the day at a company meeting and NEARLY FROZE SOLID. God it was cold. They provided blankets, and I was wearing layers, and a coworker lent me his knit cap, but I was still unbelievably cold. I think it was 45 degrees or so, which is probably laughable to some people, but I AM FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. I could barely feel my face.

If you can believe it, the spermfic has spawned!! Bwahahahaha. What an awesome phenomenon.

AtS: Life of the Party

Gag. Gaaaaaaggg. Angel/Eve. Gag some more. I don't know if it's the character or the actress, but I do not like Eve. I'd prefer Gwen at this point, though it's unlikely given that she and Gunn have gotten it on. SIGH. It's so forced! There ISN'T UST between Angel and Eve, and if this is their way of trying to start something between the two, it's terrible. It's even more contrived than the Spred.

Speaking of, WTF happened to the Spred? Suddenly there's nothing? Now it's Fres all of a sudden?? Not that the Fres (or Wred, depending on your preference) was bad, actually, except that now there's Knoxangst. Kinda lame.

Jade was bitching that Lorne cannot carry an episode, and I have to agree. His position at the company is already kind of iffy, and I cannot for the life of me understand how/why they decided to make him a permanent cast member. I'm sure Andy Hallet is a great guy, but I DON'T CARE. Lorne is useless to me. Would make more sense to have added Ghost!Lilah or kept Connor or added Gwen. We definitely need another female cast member.

So, pretty forgetful episode, though it had its moments. The humor bits were good, and what little I got to see of Spike was good. But to follow this ep with another goofy ep (if the previews are to be believed)? No, please no. I'd really like to see Connor again. :(

One last thing: Angel (as well as the rest of them), ought to mention Cordy more. I mean, he was supposedly in love with her! And they're all supposed to be her friends! Can't we get a mention or you know, some indication that they visit her or something? Sheesh.

Wow. Can't believe tomorrow's Halloween. The past ... oh, four months or so have passed by in a blur. How can it already nearly be November?
