all I wanna do... is roll some dough
May. 3rd, 2014 10:30 amThe shopping confessional continues!
Next is a very practical item and I haven't even gotten it yet, but I am realllllly excited about it. It's this wood utility cart:

When I bought my house nearly nine years ago, I wasn't much of a cook. Then I got really into food and food blogging, but unfortunately my kitchen didn't match my interests, because when I was looking for a house, I didn't care about the kitchen. Conclusion: I have a ton of kitchen equipment, and very little counter space.
One of the things I don't have room for, that I wish I did, is the ability to roll out dough. Originally I was thinking this cart would be good as some rolling counter space where I can use the top to do my dough stuff, but now I'm thinking, depending on its size in real life, that maybe I should use it to store some of the things that are currently taking up space on my actual counter, like my KitchenAid mixer, Keurig, espresso maker, etc. Hmmm.
