Quick hello and a fun meme!!

Am still in L.A., but I saw this on mynuet's LJ and I LOVE it! So I must do this meme. Will answer as I find a few minutes here and there to get online:

In brief: See King Kong, but only if you can sit through 3-hour artsy movies. I really liked it, but I'm not sure it's a movie I'd want to watch over and over again. However, you MUST see The Family Stone. It is WONDERFUL.

01. The first character I first fell in love with: Oh, Syd, without a doubt. More so than almost any other character, I think, she really grabbed me with how kickass she was.

02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Sark. He just seemed like a weasley little punk at first. :D

03. The character everyone else loves that I don't: Vaughn. That's probably not a big surprise, as I haven't exactly kept my feelings about Alias secret. :)) I find that I actually miss him a bit now that he's gone, though.

04. The character I love that everyone else hates: Finally, I can actually answer this question with no thinking whatsoever! Lauren. People hated her, and I did too, at first. But by the end I really, really liked her, and was sorry to see her go.

05. The character I used to love but don't any longer: Sadly, the answer here is Syd. She changed from the character I had first fallen in love with during the first two seasons. Now she just seems so weak, and kind of obnoxious and selfish. :(

06. The character I would shag anytime: Sark, though I'd have to watch my back the whole time. But maybe that's what makes him so sexy in the first place.

07. The character I'd want to be like: Irina. She kicked ass from the moment she showed up onscreen, and hasn't stopped. :D She's strong and wily and intelligent.

08. The character I'd slap: It would have been Vaughn pre-S5, but I'm going to go with Anna Espinosa. Oooh, that woman deserves a good bitchslap.

09. A pairing that I love: Non-canon, Syd/Sark. Canon, Weiss/Nadia. So cute!!

10. A pairing that I despise: Syd/Vaughn. I think my problem with Vaughn only had a little to do with Vaughn himself and more to do with the fact that they did their relationship all wrong. So yeah, hate the pairing.
