Well, I'm back at my parents'. Long story short, with my ankle woes and Jade's dog's anxiety/health issues, it's just easier and less stress for everyone involved. This way I can be in my own bed (sort of), I can easily reach the sink, etc. (Jade's counters and what not are extra tall), Mal isn't all stressed out, and my parents can take me to the airport with relative ease, which is important considering I'm going to have Talis along with heavy luggage and dealing with my ankle. Oh yeah, AND Aunt Flo is visiting (and with her arrival, the realization of what I forgot to pack this time), so really, just best all around.
I saw 6 movies on this trip (not counting random stuff on TV). I always watch more movies every year around this time than I do all the rest of the year put together. ( Ranked in order of enjoyment: )
I'd still like to see The Reader and Revolutionary Road, because I adore Kate Winslet and I'm sure one or the other will garner some kind of Academy Award nomination. Though she won't win, just to spite me.
Once again, as happens every year, I have purchased more than my luggage will fit, so I've mailed some stuff home, including an $88 750gb external hard drive that I had Jade get for me on Black Friday. I always overload my computer hard drive with all my movies, music, and photos, so hopefully this will help. And of course, there's all of my mother's designer purses (mostly Gucci) that I'm going to sell on eBay, hopefully for a sum that will make her happy. She's not too sure of this eBay thing, so I'd like to pleasantly surprise her.

Tonight my mom is cooking, which I'm really looking forward to because I have been eating out waaaaaaaaaay too much.
