more fantasy football

I'm still awake for work reasons, and I've been trying to keep myself alert by... joining a bunch of fantasy football leagues. lolol I have sooooo many now. There are a couple that didn't go well, so I'll most likely just not even play those. Oh who am I kidding, I probably won't even be able to play MOST of them.
I have now drafted with ESPN, NFL, and Yahoo, and I have to give the best experience to Yahoo. Really well done. Good system, easy to understand, clean, attractive. ESPN's is the worst. At least it's not like they're dedicated to sports or anyth-- OH WAIT.
I'll only share the two teams I actually care about at this point, but I will list all of my team names. You'll notice that there's a common theme in how I chose them. :)) I think potentially onlyslitherhither could decipher them all.
A lot of my teams ended up looking very similar, because there were certain players that I realllly wanted to have, regardless of their fantasy projection, so I would take them far before anyone else would think of doing so. That of course made my draft suffer in other ways, but for the most part I felt it was a good tradeoff. (AKA, I don't really care if I win, I just want the players I want.)
Here are the only two teams I actually care about at this point:
TEAM DOGS THAT BAKE
My coworker's league, the one I had actually really wanted to do well in, paid dues, etc., and then missed the draft. -.- They use ESPN, and it sucked hard.
I learned how to drop and add players! So I was able to claim some players on waivers. :P So now this is a slightly improved team:
At least I got to get rid of that loser Matt Prater.
TEAM ALIEN 29
Drafted on Yahoo. I was really happy with my selections, even though I don't have any great running backs and I have too many Seahawks (a frequent problem of mine). But apparently the draft analyzer was impressed, or maybe my opponents just sucked, because it projected me to place first in the league! Woot! My draft recap is here. Despite the fact that it's auto-generated, it's pretty fun reading... you know. If you cared about football.
That's right, I'm benching Aaron Rodgers and playing Russell Wilson. Which some people might call crazy. But they're playing each other Week 1 (TOMORROW!!!!), and I guess I'm banking more on Russell doing better against Green Bay's defense than I am Aaron against the Legion of Boom (don't let me down guys!).
