megh and mynuet are people who make wishes come true. They ROCK.

Some of you might recall that on March 1 I mused on how D/G needed/deserved "its own site, where writers can register and post their D/G-oriented fic," mostly in a pie-in-the-sky way. So then you will understand how absolutely THRILLED I am by the fact that such an archive now exists. Meg and Shar made it happen! The Fire and Ice Archive is now open. Squeeeeee! I'll be posting all my applicable stories there, and basically abandoning my accounts in other places. Now I can bother with fewer archives. Tell all your friends! This will be a one-stop shop for all your D/G needs.

I finally saw Monster. Charlize fully deserved that Oscar. I don't know how they made someone that beautiful look that unattractive, but it was just ... wow.

I wanted to wish sydney_lynne a very happy belated birthday. I don't know why LJ has disabled the friends' birthday alerts, and I basically only know when it's someone's bday when someone else says it first. So I'm very, very sorry I missed it, d00d.

muffinbutt, I got your note on FA. TSA has not been abandoned; I just suck.
