[livejournal.com profile] sydney_lynne made my week with this story, which she wrote based on [livejournal.com profile] triumvirate. It's hot and yummy and you don't need to be following the RPG for it to make sense. (Though I don't see how you could continue to resist it if you read this story. <g>) Much loff to SL.

In other, far more boring news, I am on a total Devon Sawa kick. Went to deepdiscountdvd.com (best place to buy DVDs ever) and bought three of his movies for $21 (Wild America, The Boys Club, Around the Fire). Then got that Robin of Locksley VHS off Half.com for $20, which was actually a v. good price considering Amazon wants $50 as it's a rare, OOP video. It better be a really fun movie. Not good -- not expecting it to be good -- but fun is mandatory.

I keep craving string cheese but forgetting to buy it. I don't even know why I'm craving it, since I don't think I've eaten it since I was 13. (I remember being frustrated with it because it was never really all that stringy and I always pulled off chunks of cheese rather than string.) In other culinary escapades, I made a big pot of ox-tail soup, which is like my favorite thing ever, and tonight I'll probably make [livejournal.com profile] corianderstem's spaghetti meat sauce. Though damn, that reminds me that I need pasta too. And tortilla chips and parmesan cheese because I'm going to make a goat cheese/pesto dipping sauce. Mmmmmmm.

My plans for this weekend include seeing SWAT and American Wedding. Am v. much looking forward to it ... too bad it's only Wednesday. <slits wrists>
