If you would like to hit all green lights on your way to work (or other location), I have a surefire solution. Do not apply lipstick prior to departure. Simply hold the lipstick in your hand while driving, with the intention of applying it at the next red light.
Guaranteed to work every time. (For non-lipstick wearers, untied shoelaces also work.)
I've mailed out all the Farscape postcard requests. I still have two left of card version #2, so they're up for grabs to anyone who wants them.
I had shabu shabu last night. Soooooooooooooo yummy, especially on cold nights like we've been having.
Altoids can apparently do no wrong. Altoids mints? Gooood. Altoids Sours? Gooood. And now, I can give a hearty two thumbs up to Altoids chewing gum, which not only rocks, but comes in a cute little container that you can reuse to hold other Altoids or whatever.
Finished Sports Night. I loved it. Dan/Casey is the closest I've ever come to truly shipping a slash pairing, but the second a good female romantic interest shows up I've abandoned camp. That said, Dan/Rebecca 4EVAH!
Now I'm on to my Family Guy S3 DVDs. It is alternately funny and ridiculous, and often both.

kstanley, I don't support the idea of abandoning ship, but this is nice to see.
OMG Brits are going to ban smoking? *squints to see if there are four horsemen on the horizon*
Okay, I haven't actually read this book that Jade found yet, but seriously, how could I not want to (or any Draco fan not want to), after reading this synopsis?
All Aisling Grey had to do was deliver a centuries old, gold dragon statue to her uncle's client in Paris, but instead she finds the woman murdered and a strange, sexy man lingering nearby. Drake Vireo claims to be with Interpol, but before Aisling can verify this, he, along with the statue, disappears. Now the French police's prime suspect in the case, Aisling must figure out who really killed the woman and exactly where Drake disappeared to with her artifact. Aisling's efforts to clear her name become even more complicated once she learns she is a Guardian (as in guarding the portals to hell), and dishy Drake is a real-life dragon (otherwise known as wyvern)[, who, by the way, is convinced Aisling is his mate]. Scouring Paris' occult community for clues, Aisling, armed with a crabby demon in the shape of a Newfoundland dog, finds herself not only mixed up in murder and magic but also tangling and tangoing with a sexy dragon. Graced with MacAlister's signature sharp wit and fabulously fun characters, this paranormal romance is wickedly sensual and irresistibly amusing. -- You Slay Me, by Katie Macalister
And as I understand it, it's going to be a series, a la Anita Blake -- only these sound more light hearted and romance oriented. KM appears to be a fan of paranormal romances, if a couple of her other titles are any indication: Sex and the Single Vampire, A Girl's Guide to Vampires ... but her other books sound like fun reads, too.

It's difficult to imagine that with a team like that, we wouldn't be able to achieve world peace.
Lastly, have y'all been thinking about what fic you're going to write for The D/G Feast, or considering what delicious recipe you're going to submit? ; ) I hope so!
I am so. hungry. right. now.
