He's joking, right?
May. 25th, 2004 08:34 pmSeriously, what's the matter with you British girls? <g>
The 16-year-old believes playing evil Draco has wrecked his chances of finding a girlfriend.
Tom told The Sun: "Apparently girls like bad boys — but it's quite the opposite with myself. Draco isn't the girls' cup of tea in my experience."
English fans have tended to steer clear of Tom and he gets less fan mail than his fellow stars.
It stuns me how unaware he is. I can't throw a stone online without hitting a girl who would shag him rotten if he'd so much as crook an eyebrow her way. POOR CLUELESS TOM. Maybe it's better he doesn't know. It's kinda cute.

1 1.65oz Hershey S'mores bar (OMG they are the DEVIL for making these ... so good): 5mg cholesterol
1 236mL Fat free milk: 4mg cholesterol
Is it just me or does this (along with the 0 cholesterol Doritos) seem really, really wrong? Prior to this, I had assumed cholesterol was related to fat content. But apparently not.
~~~
Rented "Osama" last night, about a young girl whose mother and grandmother disguise her as a boy so that the family has a fighting chance for survival in the midst of a Taliban-ruled society. Was v. good.
Still, he IS hot *g*
S'Mores bars ARE evil. I love them. I sent some over to Cat and got her hooked too (payback for the McVities Hobnobs, I say).
I think the carp fishing might be part of it. Bless the Brits. They also happen to be the only nation I know of where badminton is something to be played places other than your grandparents over, say, Memorial Day weekend when you and your cousins can find nothing better to do. ~EV
Date: 2004-05-26 06:13 pm (UTC)But in any case, we're moving away from Portkey to The Fire & Ice Archive (http://www.grey-space.net/DGArchive/index.php), because Portkey is primarily H/Hr-focused (which means they have restrictions about the type of D/G we can post, such as nothing with a R/Hr subplot), and the new F&I Archive is all about D/G.
So all future chapters of IYOK will be posted at F&I, and the elusive chapter four can be found here (http://www.grey-space.net/DGArchive/viewstory.php?sid=31&i=1). Thanks for all your feedback so far, and hope you enjoy! : )
Date: 2004-05-26 09:35 pm (UTC)Oh, lovely pictures a few entries back! I just saw this one (not sure how old it is) but I was wondering if you knew where it was from, since you're an expert?
Date: 2004-05-26 10:26 pm (UTC)Yeah, cholesterol is related to saturated fat, but not always. Saturated fats are bad for you, anyway, so I'd skip the Doritos, but that depends completely on you ;)
I remember when, last year, I found out that a package of my favorite cookies had more cholesterol and calories that a package of Reese's cups. It scared me so much that to this day I haven't eaten them again (though I've indulged myself with one Reese or two). It just goes to show that when it comes to prepackaged foods, common sense doesn't work.
