OK, who's good at cleaning things and can give me some tips? I discovered that there is a pretty significant drawback to using my stovetop smoker. It left stains on my white stovetop that I cannot for the life of me scrub out. It looks like it'd be easy to get off, but it's like, painted on now or something and I'm finding it impossible. Should I just give up? Is there some trick to it? I didn't know it was going to do that or that it would be a danger since NO REVIEWER mentioned it, so I didn't do anything pre-emptive like surround the burner with foil. D'oh!! I will in future, but for right now I'm just trying to see if I can get my stovetop looking white again. :/

Ooooh I wonder if there's an LJ comm dedicated to cleaning. I should look.
