XF movie plans?

So what are your plans, if any, for the X-Files movie? I'm curious to see how many people are still really into it.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it downtown to watch it with corianderstem this evening (too far), which is a bummer. I think I'll try to catch an early showing tomorrow morning, or I know I'll probably end up just waiting for DVD.

I think I'll also go check out a kennel that I'm considering boarding Talis at while I'm in Santa Cruz in Oct. I'm going for a long weekend for a "guild BBQ." Though many of us there won't even be playing WoW anymore. It is a distinct possibility that I am going to be the only female, but I feel like I've known these guys for years. Well I have known them for years. So I'm not worried. Plan is to rent a beach house and BBQ there, and one of the guys's parents owns a sushi restaurant and when I told him my favorite fish was hamachi he said he would get a whole one and slice it up for us (he's a sushi chef). OMGCAN'TWAIT. I'll probably stay an extra day to see if my brother can have lunch or something.

I've got to admit that I really want to go see it. Being in the middle of moving is somewhat putting a damper on my movie plans. Hopefully I'll be able to see it end of weekend, or sometime next week.

I'm pretty excited that it's not actually supposed to tie in to the other movie, etc.
