Kenneth Turan liked "Kingdom of Heaven"!! Read his review here. While I don't always agree with him, I respect him, so this makes me quite excited. I cannot wait to see this movie now. I mean, Orlando Bloom and Edward Norton are in it, and there's fighting and stuff. I would have seen it even if KT had hated it -- I like Ridley Scott ("Black Hawk Down" was amazing). But it is excellent that he liked it. :D

I enjoyed this line: "Bridging the gap between good and evil is Sibylla (Eva Green of Bertolucci's "The Dreamers"), sister of the king, wife of Guy and a woman who just happens to have a weakness for brooding types newly arrived from France."

Really, who doesn't.

I actually recently saw "The Dreamers" and was just eh about it. I liked the actress, though.

HIHIHIHIHIHIHIHI!

I would just like to comment to say that I am super excited to see Kingdom of Heaven. Because of Orlando and Jeremy Irons, but then I finally saw Red Dragon over the weekend, and now I'm excited about Edward Norton, too.

And the second thing is (and I am so excited) just because I fell into the Alias fandom kind of recently and have been mourning the lack of Alias and HP (D/G, namely of course) fans and THEN I remembered that you were an Alias fan, so I have to ask, do you ship anything in the fandom? Because I discovered that I am a hardcore Sarkney fan. It's got D/G elements. Maybe that's it. Who knows.

And yes, that is all.

Sarkney is one of my obsessions, it's even one of my interests (I try not to put anything in there that might be fleeting). : ) So I'm glad to hear there's another convert! It's probably the 'forbidden' aspect of it that appeals to me, which is similar to D/G. Plus Sark is super sexy; everything I like in an (anti)hero.

Also, Edward Norton is brilliant. He blew me away in "Primal Fear," and after that, I have nothing but admiration for him. (Try "American History X" or "Fight Club.") Hee!

Hee! I forgot to mention Fight Club, which was on TV yesterday and reminded me of how smart that film is. I caught all these details that I hadn't noticed before. Revelations abounded.

SAME! I drew all these parallels recently with my obsessions. Sark, Draco, Logan from Gilmore Girls. Blond, rich, snarky, sexy. It's an affliction. Anyway, Sarkney fic lately has been my addiction, so I've finally decided to give in to the muse and attempt some on my own. I'm finding it harder than D/G, for some weird reasons.

I saw on your site from the MISC graphic that Alias was included there - does that mean you've written some?

Oops, I am way late replying to this, sorry!

To answer your question, though, no -- I haven't written any 'real' Alias fic. The reason why that's there is because I did a couple of Sarkney drabbles last year and meant to link them to the site, but haven't gotten around to it yet.
