Gourmet really does do a wonderful job with their stuff. I'm really glad I subscribed (but then, it was a bargain at the time). Definitely play with the recipe however you like! That's the great thing about recipes, it can be tweaked to everyone's individual tastes. :D Let me know if your experiment with bleu cheese potato salad goes well, because I'd sure like to try it!
Totally agree re: Wade ... I adore Ryan Reynolds! I'd love to see a Gambit origins movie. Took them long enough to get him in the franchise.
