As for the hot pot place, I think it depends on what kind of hot pot you're talking about. I know there's a Chinese hot pot at Szechuan Chef (http://www.szechuanchef.com/), which is on Main so could be said to be close to Crossroads -- it's only like 2 blocks away. I'd totally be up for that also if you're going to be in that area! Actually I'd be up even if you're not talking about that place. I don't think I've ever met a hot pot I didn't like.
