First, I wanted to extend loads of love and gratitude to liss1224, who is kind and amazing beyond words. It's the nicest thing anyone has done in ages -- possibly ever, and I so completely appreciate it. *weeps like a baby* I would say more, except ... see the "beyond words" part. I'd just look lame if I tried.

Why I <heart> akscully

How true is the adage "ask and you shall receive"? akscully asked if she could just send me a book instead of participating in the whole book club thing, and she'd even circle all the good parts. Since we're all such online hermits, anyway, why go to such lengths? Just scan the puppy in, I said.
