I hear you about the work bitching. We have compost bins in our kitchens now, which is great, but it's a hard habit to break, not throwing away your paper towels, but putting them in compost instead.
But in the copy rooms ... oh my god. The people who THROW AWAY PAPER instead of putting it in the recycling bin? How stupid are you????
I always write on both sides of the paper in notebooks, but have a hard time doing so when I'm using a legal pad. It's always such a pain to flip it over and write, because once it's folded over the top you lose half the page, and if you tear it out and flip it over, then you're stuck with a loose piece of paper instead of it being with the rest of the sheets.
I cannot WAIT to see "Mamma Mia." Do you want to try and catch it together?
