Yeah ... that post on April 1? April Fool's Day joke. My arm's not in a cast of any kind, and I am certainly not thinking about having kids. I deliberately added that in at the end so as to make sure everyone knew it was a joke ... but while some caught on, others actually believed that me, the most non-maternal person ever, was actually thinking about adopting. Are you kidding? I wouldn't do that to a child. I mean, I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'm a firm believer in the separation of adults and children -- or at least, adults and children who aren't theirs. :D
In other news, my brackets are completely toast, BUT at least my champion pick is still alive, which is a lot more than I can say for my brackets in previous years. Go Tarheels!
In a truly bizarre meld of interests ... Jade and I have created Draco and Ginny characters on WoW. I don't even remember what server they're on, because we had to go to several of them to get the names we wanted (Draco was not available at all, so I had to settle for 'Malfoy,' and Ginny is 'Ginevra'). Malfoy is a human warlock (of course!) and Ginevra is a human mage. They will quest together and draw lots of double takes and staring, oh yes. :)) We have taken dorky to a whole new level.
