It Started with a Journal

I use something like this or something similar. I usually have decaf tea at home and save the caffeine for coffee, but I'll drink either decaf or regular. Some brands will say "specially blended for iced tea" but it's not strictly necessary. I like lemon in mine too but I add lemon to the glass, not the pitcher.
