Stud!Draco confirmed by the press.

From Scotsman.com:

MALFOY'S SPELL ON THE GIRLS

Hogwarts villain Draco Malfoy has finally defeated arch enemy Harry Potter – in the battle for the babes.

BWAHAHAHAHA. Yes indeed. However, I'm not sure if there's supposed to be an accompanying article or what. I just saw the blurb here.

Edited to add: [livejournal.com profile] mynuet led me to a scan of the article that [livejournal.com profile] xanderave posted. The article is rather frightening, even though it makes me teehee.

Meanwhile, I was unaware that Daniel Radcliffe had confirmed his participation in GoF -- that's how out of it I am. Interesting that the others haven't; are they holding out or are the studios? I think the only actor I truly care about returning would be Tom.

THANK YOU, Overstock.com, for being so awesome and having LOTR:TTT waiting for me when I went home. I saw it at Target, and was thinking that since I'd ordered it online, I probably wouldn't see it for another few days. What a lovely, pleasant surprise. Squeeee!

I totally got an F-- when I took this the first time, and then:

I did it in 3 seconds.
I deserved an A++!!
Take the How Dexterous Are You? Quiz!!

Beat that!

[livejournal.com profile] xanderave had a link to a scan of the article, here. And yes, Tom must return. Anyone else as Draco at this point would suck.

Thanks! Another thing I missed. Am a tad annoyed that it is not available online for some reason (or I can't find it). I suppose at this point anyone else as any of them would suck (unless they did a whole cast change, and even then), but changing Tom out would bother me the most.

Yeah, the way that he spits out 'Potter' is pretty damn perfect... Apart from the pervy eye candy reasons for keeping him. ;)

[identity profile] sarea-okelani.livejournal.com 2003-11-18 04:23 pm (UTC)(link)
Dude. The way he says "Potter" alone probably landed him the role. And I would really like to see Jason Isaacs (who is, like, the funniest man alive) standing on a box.

Wearing shoes with really thick soles. Like, five inch platforms.

*grins* that rocks. :)
Poor Jason. He can stand on me.

*is very amused by article* *adds to memories* :D!

I was unaware of that too. :/ While EXTRA was on the PoA set last week, they asked Daniel if he was coming back to continue his role as Harry and he said he wasn't sure at this point.

I'm certainly not complaining though! I'm so happy that Daniel will continue to portray Harry on-screen.

Alright, I'm going back to take that stupid quiz again because everyone is getting A's and I only got a B and that is totally unacceptable. *pissed off that it took 3 tries to get that B*

Anyway, yes I read that article last night. Battle of the Babes, pfft, there was never any competition! I read another interview from "Total Carp" magazine, September 2003, who knew I could pay such attention to a conversation about fishing?

Actually, Emma and Rupert too.

About Tom, I am not so sure he's still doing it though ... :(

my sister said (and this was a while ago) that she read in an article in which Tom Felton said that he won't be in anymore HP movies, as he wants to go fishing with his brother or something like that...

I hope he stays though. Not only does he look like the perfect Draco representation, I hate it when characters change actors.

I read recently he said he wanted to do all 7 movies if they would allow him. And I think with his little following they'd be stupid to do away with him.

just read the article-

"And as we all know, all the ladies love a bad boy"

*waves hand* Guilty :D

"Wizard with Women"

Hahaha, that's so great.

His getting taller-why is that a problem? I mean that is the age in which boys grow, so why does it matter so much?

I still can't think of him as being sexy-just yet. My own brothers are around that age, so its hard for me to think of it like that. Maybe when he hits 18 ;) after all, it's only a few years off ;)

Muahahahaha Tom gets more fanmail than Dan.

That's right, women love a bad boy. I mean really, who wants a fuddy duddy hero when we can be naughty with the hot, blond, sexy bad boy.

*toodles off to a very, very bad place*
