I've never actually had Meyer lemons. I always see them in recipes and think, "Gee, that sounds really good; it's too bad I can't get Meyer lemons." Of course, now that you ask about them, I can't think of anything specific. If you end up making something good, let me know. Because I really, really like the idea of Meyer lemons. :)
