OMG they're remaking Total Recall!

Or rather, they've remade Total Recall. This is significant to me because the original movie was a guilty pleasure of mine. And the remake looks really good/promising! Other than Jessica Biel. Not a Jessica Biel fan.

But I do like Colin Farrell (despite myself). And Bryan Cranston and John Cho are in it! I'm mostly ambivalent toward Kate Beckinsale, though she looks OK in this role (originally played by Sharon Stone). In 90% of her recent roles she just seems to play some femme fatale who looks all sultry with her mouth open. And Ethan Hawke is in it as some random dude. He's been MIA awhile.

The scene they have in the trailer where Colin's nearly arrested is totally The Matrix meets The Bourne Identity.
