Yeah, when I first realized they were building a raft, I was like, oh no you didn't, Gilligan. But I really liked the slow mo scene with the music playing over it where they set sail and everyone was realizing how much of a unit they'd all become and Sun and Jin's big smooch goodbye. I also like Jin and Michael's budding friendship and my moment with Jin was when he visited his father on his boat and basically laid all his issues on the line.

I dug that it was Sun who was doing the poisoning, at Kate's behest. I liked that little glimpse of a dark side for Kate, and gave me a little hope that she may have actually done something truly bad, instead of merely being misunderstood from way back when.

Top 3, in no particular order:

Sayid
Sawyer
Sun

Sun just barely edged Hurley out. If Locke weren't so creepy, he would make the list.

Vincent was also in contention. But my top 3 stands firm.
